Love Working out

I don’t know about you but getting back into shape sucks.  Well let me rephrase this “it hurts.”  I don’ t know if my legs can take another squat.  I was out last week at Body Sculpt Inc doing the boot camp class  and we where doing some squats arm presses on one of the inflatable balls.  When I was on my second set and and all of a sudden I noticed that the ball wasn’t as bouncy as it was in the beginning.  Come to find out that I popped the exercise ball.

ball-popped   I don’t know about you but it was funny as all get out.  Just to bad I had to do like twice as many exercises afterwards.  But you know what it will be well worth it.  I am wanting to loose another 40 pounds to get back down to 200.  Or at least be able to do a 6 minute mile again.  Just one step at a time.  Here we go.

That was funny! I agree…working out does hurt. Lounges really hurt my knees so I am limited to only doing reverse lounges. Don’t sweat it..hang in there & stay consistent. The results will come.
